  Definition of contract and the difference between contract and agreement

A contract is an agreement concluded between two parties, and the law and judiciary distinguish it from the general agreement by specifying legal obligations. Every contract is considered an agreement, but an agreement is not a contract unless it is established for the purpose of creating an obligation or obligations.

  Documenting contracts is a formal requirement or a requirement of proof, as the law in some cases considers it necessary to document contracts, especially with regard to contracts of commercial companies. In the UAE, contract documentation is considered necessary for contracts such as rent and contracting contracts, and these contracts are considered documents known to the judiciary.

The state of consent is linked to eligibility, which is only available to adult individuals.
